How to remove and replace quarter panel trims for PDR.

Quarter panel trims are usually fairly easy to remove and gain access to the panel for PDR, they often only require you to open the deck lid, and simply pull the trim back as required.

Be careful when working in this area for speaker wires and sub-woofers, and if necessary remove the rear tail light for easier access to the damaged area.

The tail light is most often only held in place by 3 or 4 nuts, once removed the light will fall back slightly being held to the car by the wires connecting the globes.

Remove each globe by gently twisting them and take notice of which globe goes in which hole.

After fixing the dent make sure all trims are back in place, and test all the lights to make sure they are working correctly.

Make sure to test the brake, the blinker or indicator, and the reverse light.
